Friday Fiesta Foto (A Priceless Moment)

Photobucket

My baby brother here with son #2. What an amazing reunion this past weekend of our families. He had served our country since before 9/11, and is now a full time dad. I am so incredibly proud of him...I just cannot even put it into words.

I was somewhat in awe as he was showing this little guy (my nephew) how to fish. Not that B understood a word. I think it was at this moment I realized how blessed we are as a family...to share in priceless moments like this.

You put some great pictures up! I love them and the extra effects make them even better. Did you do that yourself? What program do you use? Good stuff lady!!

That's a lovely picture! Thanks for your comment over at my place. I'd invite you over for a coffee in my new kitchen when it's done, but ... I'm guessing you're in the US somewhere?!

Did you know that if you plot out a journey to get directions in Google Maps, it says that to cross the Pacific Ocean, you need to kayak for 42 days? Some boffin's idea of a joke, I think.

So - get your paddle out!

A Big Welcome home to your brother! And please be sure to thank him for his service to our country for me. I love the photo of him and his son. How sweet is that? You should frame it and give it to him for Christmas. PRICELESS FOR SURE!

What a great picture! And thought! We do need to relish those small moments more. Sometimes the whole day goes by and I have been so busy doing all of the things that I am supposed to do I forget to do the most important thing...spend time with my family! Thanks for the reminder!

That is one gorgeous photo! It's amazing the moments that are captured & enhanced to perfection! That is one moment I'm sure you'll be happy to have gotten when the boy's all grown up with children of his own!

Now that's a true dad/son moment, him teaching B how to fish even at such a young age. My hubby says his fondest memories of his dad are the both of them fishing together.
